Delivery Policy

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 5 days and delivery can be confirmed by way of tracking number. 

Return and Refunds Policy

The provision of goods and services by KUROronline is subject to availability.  In cases of unavailability, KUROonline will refund the client in full within 5 days. Refund method will be same or similar to original method of payment of order.

Payment Options Accepted

KUROonline offers several methods of payment , including Payfast, I-Pay, Zapper, Bitcoin, EFT, VISA, Masterpass and Mobicred. Snapscan and Paypal available on request. 

On checkout you will be directed to the respective processing partner website for payment.

Payfast offers 3D secure which is a technical standard created by Visa and MasterCard for further online transactions.

Credit Card Acquiring and Security

Credit card transactions will be acquired for KUROonline by PayFast (Pty) Ltd., or I-Pay who are an approved 3D Secure payment gateway.

Customer Details Separate from Card Details

Customer details will be stored by KUROonline separately from card details. We do not store any card details.

Merchant Outlet Country and Transaction Currency

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction Currency is ZAR (South African Rand).

Responsibility

KUROonline takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer services and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

Country of Domicile

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and KUROonline chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

Variation

KUROonline may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
