FREE Shipping / Delivery Policy

KUROonline offers FREE delivery service within South Africa.

All our items are despatched with reputable couriers and tracking of packages can be done via our online store using your order number.

KUROonline aim to have your order shipped within 3-7 working days. If, in the unlikely event that the stock is not available on site or in our storage facility, we will notify you immediately and advise you of the revised ETA.

Stock Availability

KUROonline is an online store, however we do keep stock of a lot of the products we offer online. We also rely heavily on our suppliers to provide us with updated SOH reports.

If you have made a purchase and the particular colour or item is not available, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or a refund.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. No returns after 30 days.

If we ship the incorrect item ,we will cover the shipping cost to return the item.

Free shipping does not apply to returns.
